web 2.0

I knew about web 2.0, and that it was the french revolution of the internet, but i never knew that there was a specific idea/concept behind it. I previously thought that web 2.0 was basically just a upgraded shiny version of the interwebs, but now its more about 'collective intelligence', which is cool.
